XLR 5 pin M&F with rubber collar seal probably with gold/gold plating on
the pins.  What do you mean 'corroded after only a few years in marine
environment' ? ;-) ;-) Try to fill the empty space inside the connector
with petroleum jelly (vaseline) using a syringe.
