Has anyone recommendations for a coating for a plug &
socket exposed to marine air and the odd splash that will
prevent corrosion ? I'm replacing an existing DIN p&s that's
been quite badly eaten away over just a couple of years and
would like this one to last a little longer. I already have heat
shrink tubing and silicone to seal the cable entry points and
solder joints but of course these can't be used on the actual
contacts. Maybe something like CRC / WD40 but how long
does that last ?
