Not tested.  But have been thinking can the new type of printer, ink and
paper be more friendly for small-form factor panel making or PCB
silk-screen.  Example are:

a. direct CD-print
b. Epson Durabrite ink (water resist, smudge-resist, light resist)
c. Photo Quality Self Adhesive Sheets

Finally, spray with a think layer of vanish to protect.
