If that is a datasheet Panasonic has done a very bad job. There is one
tbale with 'main characteritics', which is just that. Maybe I am seeing
ghosts and this receiver does not adjust is amplification, but the block
diagram (which is exactly the same as for a TSOP) suggests it does. So
either get the real datasheet and probably some application notes, or
experiment.
