My new programmer the (Warp 13a) lets me set all my configuration bits
before I flash the code to the pic, but I also have the configuration bits
set in my asm code.  Which of the settings (the configurations I made in my
programmer or the __CONFIG line in my asm code) actually take effect on the
PIC when programmed?

Maybe someone knows of a good resource for me learn a little more about how
that __CONFIG directive works?
