There is going to be some limit, but as long as Joe Consumer downloads
crappy shareware screen savers, Google taskbars, and other sundries,
there will always be someone who wants to sell them a newer, "faster"
computer rather than telling them the truth about PC maintanence.

It never ceases to amaze me what people expect from PCs.  NO ONE
expects to turn their car on, drive it for two hours a day, and do this
every day, for several years, and NEVER perform any maintanence on
it.  And yet, this is exactly the attitude people take with computers.
