When I do use it and I see something "weird" the first thing I do is check for incorrect bank bits. FWIW I have never seen the problem when targeting an 877. I personally find this way of "restricting" a free tool quite despicable, if they don't want you using it for something they don't want they should put a CONCRETE statement about it not working correctly, the fact that they "hide" this flaw in such a subtle way means I'll probably never buy their compiler. Too bad for them because I have become quite used to it and was actually considering buying it.
