Hi again.
Ok, I had to look up my driver CD that come with my
USB/RS232 converter (called BF-810, www.bafo.com).

The CD says :

  Win 98/98SE/ME/2000/XP
  Mac OS 8.6 through 9.x   (whatever that means...)

But Mac OS <> Linux, right ?

Anyway, this converter runs with the Wisp628 just fine.
