I'd like to apologize, after seeing the 53 (!) page
PDF document called "International Postal Rates and Fees"
found on the URL below, I *do* understand
your problems with international shipping.

(I have a 2 (two) page PDF file with domestic rates
on one side and international rates on the back,
including both "letters" and "packages". Thats all.)

So, I'm sorry if I was a bit harsh in earlier posts...
