When shipping from Sweden, anything
below 2 Kg are regarded as a "letter" and it's
just as simple to send it world-wide as
sending it demestic. Just a few extra stamps.
Over 2 Kg, you have to fill in a customs report.
I don't know about the US, but knowing it's
rediciulus export rules, I'd expect anything... :-)

Personaly I use a "valid world-wide" shipping
cost when selling on eBay to keep it simple. Loose some on
some sales, win on some.

And anyway, I only have three different rates to check,
"Sweden", "Europe", and "rest of the world". Just a small note on
the side of the computer screen...
