For 110-220 loads controlled via PIC chip, I use a decoder array for up
to 64 AC circuits, with buffers to either relays (110-220VAC rated), or
opto isolators (MOC3041) to High voltage (600VAC) 2N6348. I build these
with 32 drivers on a circuit board.
