Still used regularly by private pilots. Well, its not entirely the same. I'm only 26 and I can recall when the airport looked a bit different. I remember when the T-hangers weren't there and the ramp wasn't paved, nothing but grass parking. The old terminal has been torn down and the flying club used to be in a trailer parked next to the hangar, now its in an office in the back of the hangar. There used to be a lot more trees too and the area around the airport wasn't as developed. Of course a lot has stayed the same too. Last time I flew in the swamp monster off the end of the runway was still very much alive and well. I haven't been to that area since they started moving the ghost fleet out. They were a useful navigational aid, it'll be odd not having them there. For anyone flying through Jamestown, order the Billy Mitchell Club sandwich.
