Andrew Warren says: > In any case, telling your CUSTOMERS that you're going to=20 > ignore their feelings because they're=20 > illogical/stupid/liberal/PC/etc is just bad business. If=20 > you can make a customer happier by doing something as=20 > simple as changing two words, why wouldn't you? It =20 > doesn't matter AT ALL whether you think the request is=20 > logical or necessary.=20 >=20 I have to weight in with Andrew on this one... The world is totally = insane anyway. The unibomber was right, except that he over-estimated = his ability to correct the situation, and resorted to the last refuge of = the incompetent.=20 I used to really get upset about things like this. Its an alcoholic = trait; thinking that all problems would be solved if people would just = listen to me. More and more I just smile and try to think of how I can = turn it to my favor. The question we might want to ask ourselves is "if I buy master / slave = hard drives and re-label them first / second, how much more can I sell = them for?" P.S. The archive reply form has a quote function now... it even seems to = work pretty well. Any feedback on what you would like to see in the = archive system? --- James Newton: PICList.com webmaster, former Admin #3 mailto:jamesnewton@piclist.com 1-619-652-0593 phone http://www.piclist.com/member/JMN-EFP-786 PIC/PICList FAQ: http://www.piclist.com -- http://www.piclist.com#nomail Going offline?
