Nope, but I do know the spot you're speaking of, and AFAIK, the model airplane clubbers still fly their planes there. This one was on Jordan Point, where route 156 crosses the James over the Benjamin Harrison bridge (big two tower drawbridge). There's a country club out there too, now. It's kind of funny, actually, because they didn't actually tear up the runways, they just spread fill dirt over them.
