www.microchip.com, search for "application notes".

You probably don't need examples *specificaly* for
the 16F670. The PIC's are more or less similar, at least
in the fields that your are asking about, and as long
as we are talking the same model "series".

Read the data sheet and check a couple of app notes.
Then, when you have trouble with something *specific*,
it will be much easier to help !

If you want the asnwer on "how to program PICs", there
are a lot of book out there...
