The site apparently went down shortly after I posted the notice.  Originally
I suspected the site was overloaded, but have since learned that they are
doing some maintenance.  I don't have an expected time when they will be
back up.  (I'm not even doing the web work, only the course content so
everything I know about the web server is third or fourth hand).
