The current-calculations would be accurate enough anyway as they are not reliant on the same divider. It would be ok though to have a somewhat correct value as it will be displayed in the LCD. During discharge, the charger/discharger would also log data that will be used to determine the packs apparant internal resistance at different loads and charge-states.
