Mainly because Digikey are still shipping from the U.S., so delivery is
$37 USD for a five-dollar part. But thanks for the suggestion.

Still hoping to find a similar place in Europe where I can get small
quantities. Farnell looks like a possibility, but it seems they have a
 50($60US) minimum order (couldn't get far enough to see what the
shipping cost is).
