The CPLD at hand has a 30 mA (typical) supply current.
(@ 1Mhz, "low power mode", "active", and no load on the
I/O pins). It then goes up with 0.2 mA / Mhz (if all
"macrocells" are used).

In "high performance mode", it's between 50 mA (@ 0 Mhz !)
and 83 mA (@ 100 Mhz).

Anyway, *this* design isn't ment to be battery powered, right ?
