I have routed a board with a DB25 to a MAX205 using EAGLE.  If you want to
look at it, pull my RS-232 Explorer eagle file from
http://www.jump.net/~vima/PIC/mcintosh_to_olimex_20031027.zip

I am confident that this board can be produced by Olimex as it is, as they
have accepted the file and have produced a previous version.

All 25 pins are connected to nets, on each of two DB25 connectors, on a
3.5" x 2.25" board.  A 3.5mm stereo jack is also attached to take "RS232"
via a digital camera cable.  Vias are involved :-(

Early in the development of this board I had set the trace width, clearance
values, and routing grid so that there was not enough space between the
DB25 pins, and the routing failed.

You may want to set the grid to 11 mil.  I have tried to route my board
with grid values of 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12.5, 13, 14, 15, 20, 25, 50
mil.  It was a tedious but enlightening exercise.

You may also want to use the 10 mil DRU file from the Olimex web site.  I
think that the board file carries the DRU settings with it, so you may be
able to save a file from my boards.
