I'm not sure what pcb methods you are using, but if you've got access to a laminator, toner transfer double sided boards can be pretty simple. Basically in your layout tool or gerber file viewer place some extra cross hairs to the top and bottom layer on one side of the board. Print out the layers (top mirrored). Line up the crosshairs with a bright desk lamp. Glue the one edge making a psuedo envelope. Stick a cleaned copper clad board in between. Laminate. Soak, peel & clean. Etch. Wash. Drill & Stock. Its actually faster done than said (other than the drilling part)... http://myweb.cableone.net/wheedal/pcb.htm ----- Original Message ----- From: "Michael J. Anyone have any good registration device designs for kitchen made boards they might also want to share? -- http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu
