Hi-
As I recall, there is an example that comes with Eagle that does
one-sided boards -- copy the router parameters.
Sometimes you cannot do a board one-sided without jumpers (i.e. it is
topologically impossible).  However, you can add a jumper manually, and
then rerun the router.
