To check access to a web site: telnet repatch.dyndns.org 8383 Hit the space bar then press return. You should see some HTML code come back and the connection drop. Of course it doesn't work at the Microchip site for some reason (telnet www.microchip.com 80) but does work after two space sequences at the PIClist site (telnet www.piclist.com 80). %-) -----Original Message----- From: Ron Hackett Sent: Nov 10, 2003 9:34 AM To: PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU Subject: Re: [PIC]: PIC - Compact Flash Card I also cannot get to the link from home (where there are no network guys :-) However, I do have a router with a firewall. Could that be my problem, and if so, is there something I can do in the router's setup software to enable my reaching the link? Thanks...
