http://www.atmel.com/dyn/resources/prod_documents/DOC0321.PDF Description The AT27C010(L) is a low-power, high-performance 1,048,576-bit one-time programmable read only memory (OTP EPROM) organized as 128K by 8 bits. I learned that EPROM = erasable programmable read-only memory. What does the "E" stand for in a one-time programmable device? Shouldn't these devices be listed as PROMs? thanks chuckc -- http://www.piclist.com hint: The PICList is archived three different ways. See http://www.piclist.com/#archives for details.
