Ahem, ;-P

not, IME, what I'd have expected either but perhaps there are two
(or more) considerations. Above 1mA chemical breakdown necessary
to supply current is greater than the chemical regeneration needed
to maintain the 1Ah rating and below 1mA unpreventable chemical
degradation becomes an increasing factor (leading to the point on
a discharge curve at which there is no current drawn but the battery
still goes flat ie the shelf life)
