I use my Ink Jet all the time with IBM overhead Transparencies. But any will do. Fine lines come out quite well. What does not come out perfect are large areas. In my case there is some banding happing there and I usually touch it up with a permanent marker. Not that it's usually necessary. Those large areas are usually there in my case simply to create better ground planes, better isolation and less use of the chemicals. I also use MG photo sensitive boards, a simple kitchen under cabinet fluorescent lamp to expose it and MG chemical to develop and etch it.
