I just started making boards last year and I've made about 30 using an inkjet on inkjet transparencies for the mask. The smallest line width I can reliably make is about .01". I bought two flourescent black lights from wallmart (about $20CAD each) for the UV light source. I use the M.G. Chemicals presensitized boards, Developer, and Ammonium Persulfate etchant. It's been working out quite well. To make the inkjet print dark anough for the mask I had to set the printer settings to "Premium Heavyweight Paper" and run each mask through twice.
