It can be another part

BUT

it MUST be functionally drop in equivalent in the application.
This part is sepcifically designed fro resonant circuits anmd they
specifically note that it MUST be switched at zero crossing of voltage or
current (interestingly). I haven't delved deeply as it's not for me BUT the
part is very impressively rated if it were going to be used in normal
applications. 900 volts and 60 A in a TO247 is moderately impressive. I'll
be looking at alternatives but it's hard to beat the exact same part. There
is a small ongoing requirement for these.
