It was formatted to oblivion by your email settings, so I didn't look at
it.  Someone else has pointed out meanwhile that there apparently is a
known bug in the MPLAB simulator regarding timer 0 that I wasn't aware of.
Are you seeing problems on the real chip?  With the ICD or ICE?
