Can anyone recommend a Hyperterminal-like program that has a hex window. AFAIK, but I could be wrong, HT displays only some ASCII characters (alpha-numeric, punctuation etc). Long story, but basically I'm trying to debug a system that uses a lot of AT commands and it's a little inconvenient using the PIC. Although MPLAB does have the very useful eg EEPROM and File Registers windows in which non-printable characters can be seen. Free would be nice, naturally TIA -- http://www.piclist.com#nomail Going offline? Don't AutoReply us! email listserv@mitvma.mit.edu with SET PICList DIGEST in the body
