Hi all. Well, I finally have my boards designed, and I hope to order them tomorrow. However, I'm having trouble panelizing them. First off, I'm using Eagle Light, and I can't panelize them in the software itself (they end up too big). And just for the record, I'm panelizing 4 different small boards, not making 4 copies. I was told to check out GC Prevue, which I did, and I am slowly fighting with it. However, I can't seem to figure out how to get it to dump out one Gerber file with all the boards in it. I thought I had it, but then I tried to open that file in another Gerber viewer and it wouldn't work. So...does anyone have a trick up their sleeve for panelizing boards? I'd be willing to try merging the Gerbers manually, but I don't know where to start. I also don't know how I'd merge the drill files. Help!
