Just a few remarks... Note that on many of the newer parts (all nanoWatt'ers, both 16- and 18-series, I think (?)) a zero value in the osccillator tuning (OSCTUNE), actualy meens that you are at the specified freq (within limits as specified in the data sheet, of course).
