Hi Jim, Couple of suggestions. First, what about some sort of potting compound or encapsulating sealant. Downside here is that you'd have a heck of a time servicing boards that don't work. I wouldn't dismiss heat shrink so quickly though. My SXKey from Parallax is heatshrunk, and I know the SX-DEV from SV TEHS is packaged similarly. They both look fine, and work great. Given that the Warp-13 is a bare board anyways, why not just heatshrink the convertor board?
