I've assembled a El Cheapo programmer and have yet to write/run my
obligatory "Hello World!" application of a flashing LED.  However I stumbled
upon the PonyProg and SI-Prog combo when looking for a inexpensive
alternative for programming the ATMEL uC's.  My question is this, has anyone
used this programmer on PIC's?  It says it works with them too, so I was
thinking this might be a good way to go if I'm going to be playing with both
uC's.

Thoughts and experiences appreciated.
