This is separate from the watch > windows. That's true, although zero values are shown for PCLATH/PCLATU in the SFR window more often than not too. Now and then any SFR value in the Watch window is replaced with the text "Restricted memory". Rebooting or resetting or reconfiguring makes it work properly sometimes. Just one of those MPLAB minor buggy things sent to try us.
