What exactly do you want them to look for? I had been using camera ready artwork for years before I began using Gerber files. I waited as long as I could before switching because I wanted to see what was going to be on the board. If this is all that is bothering you, then get a Gerber viewer; they are available on the Internet. If you want someone to critique your layout, then you are out of luck.
