On the proviso that the programmer is using the hardware UART with a ISR and FIFO the only difference between 57600 and 19200 baud will be the slower read/verify. This is around 6-7 seconds as measured with the WARP-13 software and a range of programmers I have modified to work with standard baud rates from 19200 up to 115200 baud. (Approximate times were 42 and 48 seconds for a full program and single pass verify @ 19200 @ 57600 respectively. The difference is hardly "quite lengthy" in relative terms.)
