It's fairly easy using the shank-ward twists (ie 1/4" or less out from the chuck) on a 1mm cobalt bit doing 20,000rpm and routing from hole to hole with the bit at ~45 degrees. Absolutely you have to be in control of the drill and the board and take it steadily.
