Try the Optek OPI 1264A, B, C (the suffix A, B, C indicates the current transfer ratio, 2.5, 5.0, 10). Isolation voltage is 10KV. The drawing in the Digi-Key catalog shows an opaque cylindrical housing with leads exiting longitudinally from each end. See their part number 365-1031-ND, (also -1032- and -1033- for the B and C versions). Price < $3 in ones.
