Do you use a separate web interface ? Can you do the review in your email client, e.g. using a digest message ? A friend of mine is using mail service with SpamAssasin and is very happy with it. However, to review the spam list he needs to be online and use a separate web interface. SpamNet runs very nicely inside Outlook and does not need any training since it gets its knowledge from the community. The down side, if you are using slow internet connection (which I don't), is that all messages, including spam are downloaded.
