Yes, I realize that endurance is per memory location -- that I knew previously for sure and verified with Microchip. I guess where I went wrong with my thinking is that I assumed that the D124 E/W number was also a total number on a per memory location basis. As you can see, if you make that assumption, things don't make sense. But as I previously said, I plan on contacting Microchip about this to get more details. I wish they went into some more details about this subject in the data sheet. I'll try to remember to add to this thread if I get some further details from them that could help everyone.
