I've looked (admittedly speed-reading) through the ANs*
suggested in the Mid-Range Manual and can't find mention
of "array refresh" either. It's a little difficult to make sense of
that Section 8.5.1 you quoted. The only thing I can think of is
that you rotate storage addresses to minimise wear and tear,
but that doesn't square with "Frequently changing values will
typically be updated more often than specifications D120 or
D120A. If this is not the case, an array refresh must be performed"

Maybe ignore "somebody's" wording (eg why is it a "must" to
use arrary refreshing ?) in the 12F675 manual and focus on the
pretty solid-looking engineering tips and tutorials in the ANs
