Seems that there are quite a few PIC'ers out of work...just from seeing a
few comments in postings.

So...I wonder....how many are?  I am not...thankfully.  But always lookin
'round for opportunities.  Is there a good method of finding out who is
looking for part time engineers, other than cold calling and such.
