Has anyone on this list had any problems with the new Java based 1
wire viewer software when running on XP pro?

My problem is that either it, or XP closes the viewer down after a
random amount of time, normally when I want to read a button
(Murphy's doing I suppose).

No one seems to have reported this problem in the FAQ part of
Dallas/Maxim website.

I can't use the older SDK as it doesn't recognise the newer devices
properly.
