Engineering degrees are advertised as 5 years (But you get a Bachelor of Engineering and a Diploma of Engineering Practice) but you can take up to 10 years, without using a leave of absence. They are pretty into the whole "Work and study" thing. Two compulsory 6 month internships. Every 3 semesters a subject has to be taught as a night subject. You can take as few or as many (More than 24 and you won't get "Special Considerations") credit points a semester as you want, without needing to notify anyone. Can't remember the exact statistics but something like 60% of all students are employed in Engineering by 3rd or 4th year. -- Michael Davidson Fortune: What this country needs is a good five cent ANYTHING! -- http://www.piclist.com hint: PICList Posts must start with ONE topic: [PIC]:,[SX]:,[AVR]: ->uP ONLY!
