Is there a design around anywhere, which allows accessing an IDE Harddisk
(Fat32) over an USB or Ethernet Interface?

I would like to access an IDE Harddisk in an embedded system from the
'outside' over a fast service interface, and i think USB or Ethernet would
be nice (when connected to a PC over this interface, it should be
available like an ordinary Harddisk.
