A customer of me has a number of 819's (IIRC some 40) in a network in a
greenhouse. I selected the 819 because at that moment it was the
cheapest self-writing PIC. (They can all be updated from the central PC.
Even with ICSP you don't want to crawl around a greenhouse updating 40
PICs on every software change.) Plenty of problems, but all atrributable
to various greenhouse effects ;)
