Have you looked at Teccor? 600v 35a triac is Q6035P5.  They are about
the only to-3 fastpak mfrs. I can find.

I need data on 30LDZ41 for urgent replacement.
This is a discontinued part from Toshiba.
I guess it is a thyristor 400V 30A.

I hope somebody here got an old databook from Toshiba
-They seem to have lost their own old databooks! :(
And i have found nothing on the net except a broker that did not want to
dig unless i wanted at least 20pcs, and others who have not yet
answered.

Anyway, If I get data on it I can throw in a standard device!
