I am looking for a utility (shareware of freeware) that can play a video =
file
(.dat, .mpg, etc.) with the facility to create clips of short lengths =
for
inclusion in PowerPoint presentation files. Windows Media Player does =
not
seem to provide that facility.

Any pointers?
