Hi James,

I'm not a web page designer, but are you able to use (in your design
environment) the SendKeys Method to perform this?

In other words, when the combo box has the focus, invoke: SendKeys {DOWN}.

It would simulate the typing of the down arrow without someone actually
typing it at the keyboard.

Thanks for your time, and that is close to what I need but rather than
changing the size of the select, I just want the SIZE=1 select to "pull
down" as it does if you click on it. But I want that behavior when you tab
into the select (onFocus).

I thought that it would be easy to fire an onclick event in onFocus, but
that has no effect.

After spending hours trying everything I could think of and searching the
net, it actually appears that there is no way to do this! Can you believe
that?

Challenge: Find a way to make a SIZE=1 select with several options pull down
(just like it would if you clicked on it) when you tab into it.

Response: It can't be done.
